Cancellation information
  • If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise of a change of name at least seven days prior to the meeting.
  • If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify immediately.
    Provided written notice is received by 30th April 2024, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 30th April 2024, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
  • In the case of significant extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond its control constituting force majeure, the organization reserves the right to cancel or modify the event dates. No compensation for incurred costs or damages will be provided except for the registration fee refund, which will be subject to deduction of administrative expenses.
  • Participants may opt to switch from on-site attendance to remote participation, with a partial refund possible, solely if Spanish authorities prohibit in-person events due to Force Majeure (such as pandemics, wars, etc.).
  • All attendees are strongly advised to secure personal travel insurance. The organization will not assume liability for theft, property damage, or harm to individuals occurring on-site during the Congress, unless there is proven fault, intent, or deliberate negligence on the organization's part.
  • The organization disclaims responsibility for poisoning or food intoxication during the Event.
