Abstracts & Papers

GENERAL INFORMATION

• The proceedings of this conference will be published in electronic format by Francis and Taylor and will be sent to indexing services such as Scopus, WoS/Clarivate, EI, and Compendex.
• Two years after publication the works will be published in OnePetro online library in https://onepetro.org/.
• Each paper needs the registration of at least one author.
• The official language of the conference will be English.
• Note that each paper requires the registration of at least one author. Therefore, during the registration process, include the code of the contribution provided by the submission system covered by your registration. If you have not submitted any contribution, you should leave it blank.

ABSTRACTS

• Abstracts (max. 400 words) are sent by the authors through ConfTool system before June 30th, 2023 July 31st, 2023 September 15th, 2023.
• The scientific committee or Eurock 2024 will analyse and accept (or reject) the abstracts by September 15th, 2023 September 30th, 2023 October 15th, 2023.

PAPERS

• Papers should be 6 pages long.
• Authors of accepted abstracts are required to submit their full six-page papers using the provided template via the ConfTool system by December 15th, 2023 December 30th, 2023: download template
• After acceptance of full paper, authors should sign and upload the copyright form through Conftool: download copyright form
• The authors will be informed of the result of the review process by the end of January 2024 mid-February.
• Authors will submit the final revised paper to the same platform before the end of February 2024 March 2024.
