PAYMENT CONDITIONS, CANCELLATION POLICY
All prices stated herein exclude VAT. Payment should be arranged upon receipt of our pro-forma invoice but not later than 1st May 2024. Cancellation (changes of your orders) should be made in writing and sent to the Secretariat of Organizing Committee (eurock2024@csidiomas.ua.es). Refundable amounts depend on the date of cancellation:

before 1st May 2024 - 100% refunded
between 1st May and 15th May 2024 - 50% refunded
after 15th May 2024 - no refund
